Returns & Refund Policy

TRULY BLISSFUL accepts returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, damage, odors, washing, stains, or misuse.

Limited drops, sale items, custom items, and final-sale products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
